Thank you for considering this application to present at TedX Detroit 2023. While I don’t have recorded speeches available on YouTube (that I know of), I have presented numerous times, including at the following events:
2015 United States Bartender’s Guild National Conference- on hospitality toward staff and guests
2016, 2017 Detroit Hospitality Conference- this was a one-day conference for Detroit restaurant professionals that I organized and ran. I’d be happy to provide more info if desired.
2019 Osborne High School- I taught a 10-week class to high school seniors on how to get hired and move up in the front-of-house restaurant world
2022 Lincoln (Automotive) Leader in Luxury Leadership Conference- Presented on how to create a luxury experience, and again on how to create a team of hospitality professionals
2023 Lincoln Effortless Workshops- Presented two 20 -minute talks on creating an inspirational employee experience and on turning customers into loyal guests.
2023 Lincoln Effortless Broadcast- Presenting/Presented two 1-hour workshops including a 20 minute talk in each, on how we established ourselves as industry leaders out of the gate, and on what we did to stay ahead of the curve after we opened.
